§ 151.35 ENGINEERING PLAN PROCEDURE.
   Within 12 months after receiving approval of the preliminary plan by the Village Board of Trustees, there shall be submitted to the Zoning Administrator, by the subdivider, four copies of the engineering plans and specifications as required in § 151.36. Such plans and specifications shall be signed and sealed by the registered professional responsible for their preparation. The Zoning Administrator shall immediately refer two copies to the Plan Commission and two copies to the Mayor and shall notify the Village Board of Trustees of this action at the next regular Village Board of Trustees meeting. In the event of a special problem, the Plan Commission shall notify the owner or subdivider of the time and place at which he shall be afforded an opportunity of being heard. The Plan Commission shall make its recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees within 45 days after receipt of the engineering drawings and specifications. In the event of disapproval of the engineering plans and specifications by the Plan Commission, the same shall be immediately returned so marked to the Zoning Administrator for return to the subdivider, and may be refiled with the Zoning Administrator after necessary revisions are made.
