§ 132.03 POSSESSION OF TOBACCO OR ELECTRONIC NICOTINE DELIVERY SYSTEM BY MINORS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 18 years to have in his or her possession any substance containing tobacco leaf, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, snuff, chewing tobacco or sipping tobacco, while upon any public sidewalks, public thoroughfares, public streets, highways, public parks or any property of a public school or any other public areas within the village limits.
   (B)   A person convicted of a violation of any provision of this section shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 21 years to have in his or her possession, tobacco, electronic cigarettes, or alternative nicotine products as defined in ILCS Ch. 720, Act 675 (Prevention of Tobacco Use by Persons under 21 Years of Age and Sale and Distribution of Tobacco Products Act) within the village limits.
   (B)   A person convicted of a violation of any provision of this section shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500.
