(A) No establishment requiring a license hereunder shall be located within 1,000 feet of the following established uses:
(1) A church, synagogue or regular place of worship.
(2) A public or private elementary or secondary school.
(3) Any property legally used or zoned for residential use.
(4) A public park.
(5) A day care facility.
(6) Another pawnbroker business.
(B) The village hereby restricts the number of pawnbrokers in the village to two.
