§ 114.21 EMPLOYMENT OF MASSAGE THERAPISTS.
   It shall be the responsibility of the permittee for the therapeutic massage establishment or the employer of any persons purporting to act as massage therapists to insure that each person employed as a massage therapist shall first have obtained a valid permit pursuant to this chapter.
