The Chief of Police shall provide each massage therapist granted a permit with an identification card which shall contain a photograph of the massage therapist and the full name and permit number assigned to the massage therapist, which must be worn on the front of the outermost garment at all times during the hours of operation of any establishment granted a permit pursuant to this chapter.
