§ 114.17 EMPLOYMENT OF PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF 18 PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any owner, proprietor, manager or other person in charge of any therapeutic massage establishment to employ any person to perform therapeutic massages who is not at least 18 years of age.
