§ 114.13 ADVERTISING.
   No therapeutic massage establishment granted a permit under the provisions of this chapter shall place, publish or distribute or cause to be placed, published or distributed any advertising matter that depicts any portion of the human body that would reasonably suggest to prospective patrons that any services are available other than those services described in the definition of therapeutic massage of § 114.01, or that employees, or massage therapists are dressed in any manner other than prescribed in § 114.12(C) of this chapter, nor shall any therapeutic massage establishment indicate in the text of such advertising that any services are available other than those services described in the definition of therapeutic massage of § 114.01.
