(A) The Superintendent shall have the care, custody and control of the sources of water, machinery, equipment, supplies, buildings, grounds and sewers that constitute the Village Water and Sewer Plant.
(B) All work performed thereon shall be under his or her supervision and direction, subject to the control of the Commission on Water and Sewer Plant.
(C) He or she shall attend all meetings of the Board of Trustees and there make report of the condition of his or her Department, with recommendations as to purchase of supplies, machinery, changes in operation or such other things that may properly come within his or her jurisdiction.
