§ 113.10 ESTABLISHMENT PERMIT SHALL BE DISPLAYED.
   The tattooing, body piercing, body branding or body carving establishment permittee shall display his or her permit and that of each and every person employed in the establishment in an open and conspicuous place on the premises of the establishment.
