§ 113.07 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION BY VILLAGE.
   (A)   Upon receiving the application for a tattooing, body piercing, body branding or body carving establishment, or for a permit to perform tattooing, body piercing, body branding or body carving, the Mayor shall review the application.
   (B)   The Village Board must give final approval prior to any issuance of a permit.
