§ 113.02 TATTOOING, BODY PIERCING, BODY BRANDING AND BODY CARVING OF MINORS WITHOUT PERMIT.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, other than a person licensed to tattoo, body pierce, body brand or body carve, any person under the age of 21 years of age.
