§ 110.53 HOURS OF OPERATION.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to sell or offer for sale at retail or to give away in or upon any licensed premises any alcoholic liquor between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. prevailing time on any day of the week. Furthermore, all licensed premises, except for premises with a Class C or Class D license, shall cease doing business at the hour of 1:00 a.m., and all persons other than the licensee or his employees or persons residing thereon shall vacate or be removed therefrom, and such premises shall remain closed and not again be occupied by persons other than the licensee or its employees or persons residing thereon, or any business be done therein, until the hour of 5:00 a.m.
   (B)   At all times during which the premises shall be open for business, the entire interior shall be continuously lighted with natural or with artificial white light of a sufficient intensity so that all parts of the interior thereof shall be clearly visible to sight through windows or the doors thereto.
