§ 110.40 UNDERAGED SALES.
   (A)   No person under the age of 21 years shall purchase or obtain any alcoholic liquor or alcoholic beverage in any tavern or other place in the village where alcoholic liquor or alcoholic beverage is sold.
   (B)   No person under the age of 21 years shall misrepresent his or her age for the purpose of purchasing or obtaining alcoholic liquor or alcoholic beverage in any tavern or place in the village where alcoholic beverage is sold.
