§ 110.27 DRAM SHOP INSURANCE.
   Every licensee shall carry Dram Shop Insurance in an amount sufficient to cover the maximum liability of exposure under the Dram Shop laws of the state, and shall keep on file with the Local Liquor Control Commissioner evidence of the insurance. The failure of a licensee to obtain and carry Dram Shop insurance shall result in the automatic revocation of his liquor license.
