§ 110.25 REVOCATION.
   The Local Commissioner may revoke any local license issued by the village if he determines that the licensee has violated any provision of this chapter or of the Illinois Liquor Control Act [i.e., ILCS Ch. 235, Act 5, §§ 1-1 et seq.]. There shall be no refund of license fee. These penalties shall be in addition to any other penalties that may be assessed for conviction of violation. When any license shall have been revoked for cause, no license shall be granted to any person for the period of one year thereafter for the sale of alcoholic liquor on the premises described in the revoked license.
