§ 110.02 DEFINITIONS.
   Unless the context shall otherwise require, terms used in this chapter shall have the definitions given in the ILCS Ch. 235, Act 5, as amended from time to time. Where not otherwise qualified, the term license or licensee wherever used in this chapter means a license or licensee of the village under this chapter.
