§ 98.07 COSTS TO BECOME A LIEN.
   If such charge or cost is not paid by such owner, tenant, agent or person in charge, the village shall have a lien upon the premises for such charge or cost, which lien may be enforced by obtaining a judgment against such party and his property for such charges and costs of suit, or by filing a claim for lien therefor in the Recorder's office of St. Clair County, itemizing the date, charge and description of property, which claim shall be supported by affidavit, and which may be foreclosed in the manner provided by law for the foreclosure of other statutory liens.
