§ 98.03 CONDITIONS CONSTITUTING NUISANCE; MAINTENANCE OF PROHIBITED.
   All weeds which exhale unpleasant or noxious odors or which may conceal filthy deposits or which are a breeding place for mosquitoes, flies or insects, or which because of uncleanliness and insanitation or any other cause are a menace to public health, are declared to be a nuisance, and any person allowing such weeds to grow or remain as set forth in this section shall be deemed guilty of maintaining a nuisance.
