No person shall hunt, molest, harm, frighten, kill, trap, chase, tease, shoot, or throw stones, rocks, or other missiles at any animal or bird in any park, nor shall any person remove or have in his possession a bird, wild animal, or the eggs or nest of any bird or wild animal in any park, with the exception that fishing is permitted in designated areas.
