§ 93.15 RIGHT OF ENTRY; INSPECTION OF TREE.
   The officers, agents and employees of the village may enter upon private property whereon there is located any elm tree having the appearance of or suspected of being diseased with the Dutch Elm disease, for the purpose of inspecting the suspected tree and removing therefrom samples or portions thereof to be tested to establish whether the tree is in fact diseased.
