(A) All graves shall be opened only by the village.
(B) (1) At the time of ordering a grave opening and closing for a week day, the applicant shall deposit in full the fee applicable thereto as follows:
(a) Child, five years and under | $300 |
(b) Amputations and ashes | $300 |
(c) All others | $800 |
(2) At the time of ordering a grave opening and closing or interment on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday, or after business hours, the applicant shall deposit in full the fee applicable thereto as follows:
(a) Child, five years and under | $500 |
(b) Amputations and ashes | $500 |
(c) All others | $1,000 |
(3) There shall be an extra charge of $150 for services arriving at the cemetery later than one hour after the scheduled arrival time.
