§ 92.15 BURIAL DEEDS.
   (A)   No grave shall be dug, body interred, or marker or monument placed unless there shall have previously been issued a burial deed, as hereinafter provided, and prior payment made of all of the appropriate burial deed and other fees therefor as provided in this chapter.
   (B)   Burial deeds shall be issued by the Village Clerk who shall keep a record thereof in a journal to be provided for him or her by the village, which record shall be a continuation of all of the former records kept therefor.
   (C)   A burial deed shall not be deemed or construed as a sale of the land described therein, but merely shall confer the privilege or benefit of therein interring the remains of the holder of the deed or of such person as he or she shall designate, or who may be a member of his or her family.
   (D)   A burial deed may be transferred in whole or in part by the surrender of the deed theretofore issued, duly endorsed by the registered holder thereof, or by his or her legatees or heirs at law, or representative of his or her estate, together with the transfer fee of $1.
   (E)   (1)   Burial deed fees for interment in the original addition to Mt. Evergreen Cemetery shall be as follows:
         Child graves for those five years and under   $300
      (2)   Burial deed fees for interment in the First Addition to Mt. Evergreen shall be as follows:
         Adult, single graves   $600
      (3)   Burial deed fees for interment in the Second Addition to Mt. Evergreen shall be as follows:
         Lots containing two grave spaces   $1,000
   (F)   Bi-level interment is prohibited in all cemeteries under the control of the village.
   (G)   All fees collected for burial deeds in Mt. Evergreen Cemetery and in all the additions thereto shall be allocated as follows:
      (1)   60% thereof to the Perpetual Care or Endowed Care Fund;
      (2)   40% thereof to the General Fund of the village.
   (H)   Burial deed fees for interment rights sold in Mt. Evergreen Cemetery, together with all transfer fees collected shall be appropriated and expended for the care and maintenance of the cemeteries of the village.
   (I)   All grave spaces shall be sold and all burial deeds issued in numerical sequence.
