§ 92.05 CONDUCT IN CEMETERIES.
   (A)   No person shall enter any cemetery unless it shall be in a manner or for a use consistent with the purposes of a cemetery.
   (B)   No person shall wilfully, maliciously or negligently break, deface, destroy or otherwise injure any monument, flower or decoration, or any other property, article or thing belonging to or within any of the cemeteries of the village, or to any other person, or shall trespass upon any grave in any cemetery.
   (C)   All other acts of any person not consistent with this chapter and with the peace and dignity of the people of the state are prohibited.
