§ 92.04 ADMINISTRATION OF CEMETERIES.
   (A)   The provisions of this chapter apply to cemeteries under the control of the village.
   (B)   The Custodian of Cemeteries and Sexton shall have the actual and direct care, custody and control of the cemeteries of the village.
   (C)   General supervision and management of the cemeteries shall be vested in the President and Board of Trustees of the village, acting through their employees, officers and committees.
