(A) Establishment. The cemetery heretofore established on premises described as:
Part of Lots No. 17 and 24 of Section No. 9, T.1 S., R.9 W. as the same are platted in the records of the Recorder's office of St. Clair County, Illinois, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a stone marking the Northwest corner of the Corporation limits of the Village of Millstadt (which stone is set at the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section No. 9; thence east along the north line of the Corporation limits of the village, 409 feet to the middle of the County Road running along the easterly line of the above mentioned Lot No. 17; thence north 270 west along the easterly line of Lot No. 17, 399½ feet; thence west parallel to the Corporation limits line 397 feet; thence south at right angles to the last mentioned line, 360 feet to a point on the extension westwardly of the above mentioned Corporation limits line; thence east 162 feet to the point of beginning, and containing 4 acres, situated in the Town of Millstadt, County of St. Clair and State of Illinois, the plat of which is recorded in Book “M” at page 56 in the Recorder's office of St. Clair County, Illinois, shall be known as Mt. Evergreen Cemetery.
(B) First addition to Mt. Evergreen Cemetery. The cemetery heretofore established on premises described as:
Part of Lots numbered 17 and 24, being part of the North one-half, Section numbered 9, T.1 S., R.9 W. of the Third P.M., more particularly described as follows:
Commencing the survey thereof at the stone which marks the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence westerly along the Southerly line of the Quarter section, a distance of 162 feet to a point; thence southerly at right angles to the last described course a distance of 147 feet to a point; thence easterly at right angles to the last described course a distance of 635.5 feet to a point; thence northwesterly along a line making an interior angle with the last described course of 590.23 feet, a distance of 170.8 feet to a point, the point being also a point in the north corporate limits line of the village; thence westerly along the northerly corporate limits line making an interior angle with the last described course of 1200.37 feet a distance of 386.5 feet to the point of beginning, situated in the Town of Millstadt, County of St. Clair and State of Illinois, the original plat of which is recorded in Plat Book 43 on page 24, and the amended plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 56 on page 78 of the Recorder's office of St. Clair County, Illinois, shall be known as First Addition to Mt. Evergreen Cemetery, the premises having been acquired by deed recorded in Book 862 on page 638, by the following description:
Beginning at a stone which marks the N. W. corner, S E. 1/4 S. E. 1/4 Sec. 9, T. 1 S. R 9 W., thence W. along the N. line of the S. ½ SE 1/4 NW 1/4 Sec. 9, 162 feet to a stone; thence S. 147 feet to a pipe; thence E. 635.5 feet to a pipe in the S.W. line of Saeger Rd., thence N. 300.36 feet W. along S. W. line Saeger Rd., 170.3 feet to a stone, thence W. along the N. line of the S. ½, S. E. 1/4 N. W. 1/4 Sec. 9, 473.5 feet to point of beginning. 2.00 acres more or less.
(C) Second Addition to Mt. Evergreen Cemetery. There is hereby established an addition to Mt. Evergreen Cemetery on the premises described as:
A tract of land containing 5.92 acres, being a part of what is known, for assessment purposes, as Outlot “A” of “Henry J. Frierdich Assessment Plat,” County Clerk's Assessment Plat 244, reference being had to the plat thereof recorded in the Recorder's office of St. Clair County, Illinois in Book of Plats 54 on page 42, being a part of Lot No. 24 in the Northwest Quarter and part of Lot No. 17 of the Northeast Quarter, both in Section 9 of Township 1 South, Range 9 West of the Third Principal Meridian, St. Clair County, Illinois, as described in the Warranty Deed filed for record on April 5, 1960 in Book 1675 on page 524 of the Recorder of Deeds office, St. Clair County, Illinois, to be known as Second Addition to Mt. Evergreen Cemetery.
