The premises heretofore conveyed to the village by the Millstadt Cemetery Association, and being described as:
Lots Nos. 198, 199 and 200 of Randleman's 4th Addition to the Town of Centerville, now Village of Millstadt; reference being had to the plat thereof recorded in the Recorder's office of St. Clair County, Illinois, in Book of Deeds “Q” on page 273; also
A tract or parcel of land containing 1 acres, more or less, commencing the survey thereof at the Northeast corner of Section No. 16, running thence south 300 feet, thence west 207 feet, thence north 300 feet, thence east 207 feet to the place of beginning, being a part of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section No. 16, T. 1 S., R. 9 W., situated in the Village of Millstadt, St. Clair County, Illinois, shall be hereafter known as Old Millstadt Cemetery.
