§ 91.15 INOCULATION FOR RABIES.
   No animal shall be permitted to remain in the village that shall not have been within 12 months prior thereto inoculated for rabies by a competent and licensed veterinarian. Each keeper shall keep proof of such inoculation in the form of a certificate and shall upon request by the proper authorities, exhibit the certificate for the purpose of showing the fact of inoculation.
