§ 71.109 IDLING OF TRUCK MOTORS.
   No motor on any truck shall be permitted to run while said truck is parked or stopped along the curb of any street, whether or not said truck is then attended or unattended excepting only a motor connected to a refrigeration device for refrigerated freight on the truck and then only the truck containing refrigerated freight is making deliveries or picking up freight at a place or places within the village, or when the motor provides power for the loading and unloading.
