§ 30.30 REQUIRED MAJORITY FOR PASSAGE OF ORDINANCES.
   The passage of all ordinances, for whatever purpose, and of any resolution or motion, which shall create any liability against the village; or which shall provide for the expenditure, or appropriation of its money, shall require the concurrence of a majority of all members elected to the Board of Trustees. However, the passage of an ordinance, resolution or motion to sell any village property shall require the concurrence of two-thirds of all members of the Board.
