§ 52.99 PENALTY.
   Any person who violates any section of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof shall be fined in an amount not less than $25 per day nor more than $500 per day. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
