§ 52.77 APPEALS.
   The method for computation of rates and service charges established for user charges in this chapter shall be made available to a user within ten days of receipt of a written request for such. Any disagreement over the method used or in the computations thereof shall be resolved by a determination of the Village President within 30 days after receipt of a formal written appeal describing the disagreement.
