(A) The Trustees of the village shall faithfully perform their duties as Trustees and as such members of the committees to which they are appointed and otherwise so fulfill their duties that the corporate affairs of the village may be faithfully and efficiently administered.
(B) For their services as Trustees and as members of the committees to which they are appointed, each Trustee shall receive compensation as set forth by ordinance from time to time.
