§ 154.16 EXISTING COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL OCCUPANCIES.
   The provisions of § 154.08 shall apply to any commercial/industrial occupancy in existence at the time this chapter takes effect. Existing commercial/industrial occupancies must apply for a permit under this code but shall be exempt from the permit fee for a period of one year.
