§ 154.13 REJECTION OF APPLICATION.
   If the application does not comply with the requirements of all pertinent laws, the Building Inspector/Code Administrator shall make a recommendation to the Mayor or his or her designee who shall then reject such application in writing, stating the reasons therefor.
