When all fees are paid and a commercial/industrial unit is entitled thereto, the Building Inspector/Code Administrator shall make a recommendation to the Mayor or his or her designee who shall then issue a certificate of building maintenance and occupancy. The certificate shall certify compliance with the provisions of this code, shall state the street address or other means of identification, date of issue, and such other information as the Building Inspector/Code Administrator shall deem appropriate for the implementation of this code.
