§132.05 POSSESSION OF CANNABIS BY PERSONS UNDER 21.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 21 years to possess cannabis, as defined under the Illinois Cannabis Control Act (ILCS Ch. 720, Act 550, §3). An exception shall be if the person in possession is a qualified patient under the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Program Act (ILCS Ch. 410, Act 130).
   (B)   A person convicted of a violation of any provision of this section shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500.
