§ 154.028 INTERPRETATION OF DISTRICT BOUNDARIES.
   Where uncertainty exists with respect to the boundaries of any of the aforesaid districts as shown on the of the Town of Mills River, the   apply:
   (A)   Boundaries indicated as approximately the center lines of , highways, , streams, rivers or other bodies of water be construed to follow the lines.
   (B)   Boundaries indicated as approximately platted lot lines be construed as the lot lines.
   (C)   Where district boundaries are so indicated that they are approximately parallel or perpendicular to the center lines of , highways, railroads or rights-of-way of same, the district boundaries be construed as being parallel or perpendicular thereto and at the distance therefrom as indicated on the Zoning Map of the Town of Mills River. If no distance is given, the dimension be determined by the use of the scale shown on the Zoning Map of the Town of Mills River.
   (D)   Where a district boundary line divides a lot of single ownership, the district requirements for the least restricted portion of the lot be deemed to apply to the whole thereof, provided that the extensions not include any part of the lot more than 35 feet beyond the district boundary line.
   (E)   Where physical features existing on the ground are at variance with those shown on the Official Zoning Map of the Town of Mills River, or in other circumstances not covered by Subsections A through D, the Board of Adjustment interpret the district boundaries.
