Section 3.3. Manner of Electing Town Council; Terms of Office.
   Two of the members shall be elected at large from the residents of the and three shall be elected from each of Districts 1, 2, and 3 respectively, as provided in Article IV of this . The qualified voters of the entire Town shall elect all the members of the Town Council, and they shall serve staggered four-year terms.
