(A) The Mills River Planning Board, hereinafter referred to as the Board, consist of 7 members.
(B) In the event of a vacancy on the Board, the appoint a new member to fill the unexpired term of the vacated position.
(C) All members serve without pay but be reimbursed for any direct and reasonable expenses, the town's established procedures concerning reimbursement, incurred while representing the Board. Regular attendance at all Board meetings is a requirement for membership on the Board, and a member be replaced by the , within its sole discretion, if the member is absent for 2 consecutive Board meetings. The Chairperson of the Board, or his or her delegate, give a member an exception to the attendance requirement for good cause.
