(A) After the Town receives a completed application and fulfills all application requirements listed in § 112.10, Town staff shall notify the applicant of the approval and the fee amount due, based on the time period approved for solicitation. The permit fee shall be paid prior to the issuance of the permit.
(B) After payment, the applicant will be given a copy of the approved permit, which shall be carried on person at all times while conducting solicitation in Town.
