§ 112.02 PURPOSE.
   The provisions set forth in this chapter are designed to ensure that peddling, solicitation, and itinerant merchant operations within the jurisdiction of the Town of Mills River hereafter referred to as “Town,” will be regulated, safe, and not pose a nuisance to the public.
