ANIMAL. Any living creature, excluding humans, including but not limited to mammals, birds, fish, reptiles, and insects.
PARK FACILITIES. All outdoor and indoor facilities maintained by the town for parks use, including but not limited to parks, playgrounds, and associated restrooms.
SERVICE ANIMAL. As defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), a service animal is a dog or miniature horse that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability.
TOWN-OWNED BUILDING. Any structure or facility owned, leased, or controlled by the Town.
