§ 156.028 CRIMINAL PENALTIES.
   Any violating any provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished in accordance with G.S. 14-4. The maximum fine for each offense shall not exceed $500. Each day that the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
