§ 156.021 SUBDIVISION STANDARDS AND REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS.
   (A)   All   provide adequate space in accordance with the standards contained in the Water Supply Protection Overlay District section of the Zoning Ordinance. Lots that are smaller than the minimum required for residential lots may be developed using criteria in accordance with the Water Supply Protection Overlay District section of the Zoning Ordinance.
   (B)   For the purpose of calculating , total project area include total acreage in the tract on which the project is to be developed.
   (C)   Stormwater drainage facilities. Subdivision applications be accompanied by a description of the proposed method of providing stormwater drainage. The subdivider provide a drainage system that diverts stormwater runoff away from surface waters and incorporates to minimize water quality impacts.
   (D)   Erosion and sedimentation control. The application , where required, be accompanied by a statement that a Sedimentation and Erosion Control Plan has been submitted to and approved by the N.C. Division of Land Quality.
   (E)   Roads constructed in and   areas. Where possible, roads should be located outside of and   areas. Roads constructed within these areas shall be designed and constructed to minimize their impact on water quality.
