(A) All proposed subdivisions shall be reviewed by the
prior to recording. Applicants are required to seek a determination of whether or not the
is located within a Water Supply
Protection Area prior to the commencement of the subdivision review under the provisions of the Subdivision Ordinance. Subdivisions that are not within a Water Supply
Protection Area shall not be subject to the provisions of this subchapter. In addition, subdivisions within a WS-IV
are subject to the provisions of this subchapter only when an erosion and sedimentation plan is required under the provisions of state law or approved local program. Subdivisions within a Water Supply
Protection Area shall comply with the provisions of this subchapter and all other
and local requirements that may apply.
