(A) The
shall issue watershed protection permits and watershed protection occupancy permits as prescribed herein. A record of all permits shall be kept on file and shall be available for public inspection during regular office hours of the

shall keep records of all amendments to applicable sections of the Natural Resources Ordinance and the Zoning Ordinance and shall provide copies of all amendments upon adoption to the Water Quality Section of the Division of Water Quality.
(C) The
shall keep records of the jurisdiction's use of the provisions related to maximum densities applied on an areawide basis, including the provision that a maximum of 10% of the non-
of WS-II, WS-III, and, WS-IV watersheds may be developed with new
