These rules and regulations be enforced by any and all remedies authorized by applicable law. In addition, anyone violating any of these provisions be required to leave immediately and be subject to prosecution for trespassing for failing to do so. Town Manager or designated official and law enforcement personnel are authorized and directed to enforce these rules and regulations.
