It be unlawful for any to remove, destroy, excavate, mutilate or deface any structure, monument, planter, fountain, wall, fence, railing, vehicle, bench, trees, plants, or any other in any park. It be unlawful for any to use a metal detector in any way so as to destroy, excavate, mutilate or deface any located within any park. The placement of geocaches is prohibited. Any committing any unlawful action above will be subject to applicable penalties.
