(A) If the

find any of the provisions of the
Ordinance are in violation, he/she
notify the person responsible for such violation, indicating the nature of the violation and ordering the action necessary to correct it or
take any other action authorized by § 154.999 of the Town
.
(B) In addition to actions authorized by § 154.999 of the Town
, civil penalties for
ordinance violations
be set by the Mills River Town Council and double after 15 days from the date the individual is notified. Each day's violation after the initial 15-day period
be treated as a separate offense.
