§ 110.01 SUNDAY ALCOHOL SALES.
   The hereby declares that the sale of malt beverages, unfortified wine, fortified wine, and mixed beverages be allowed on licensed premises within the beginning at 10:00 AM on Sundays pursuant to the licensed premises' permit issued under G.S. § 18B-1001.
